It has been found that the businesses can communicate efficiently and effectively. They have been able to develop a robust supplier chain management (Goldberg, and Pavcnik, 2007). There has been increasing cash flow and money income from variety of sources. There has been an increase in the aggregate demand of the people and the world economy as a whole has been productive. These pros should be the reasons for greater inclusion. However, on the other hand, in the case of increased free trade there has been increase in competition. There is aggressive competition and the people are facing more uncertain conditions. The once stable economy and the unemployment rates are also increasing in some nations. There is a spiralling of events due to globalization. This has led to increased and magnification of the issues. This is impacting all the members of the supplier chain and has led to the people getting into the vicious cycle (Collier, and Gunning, 1998). The bad side of globalization is also about tight credit, deleverage, and declining money flows across local and national boundaries, as creditors tighten credit to both good and bad borrowers, depressing aggregate demand;

setting the world economy into a vicious cycle of income and employment declines. And euphoria is succeeded by pessimism and a burst of asset bubbles, perpetuating the downward spiral of the world economy (Schneider, 2003). In an effort to overcome these impacts countries try to devaluate their currency and the same time and employ sudden protectionism policies. This leads to the opposite of growth. Rampant increase in competition is not healthy for the business globalization at the same time abrupt stopping of the international competitors can also be detrimental to the nations. There needs to be a development of a robust policy that is elastic to maintain healthy cash flow and productivity of the environment for the sustenance of the companies and the national economies (Guscina, 2006). Countries that were following a protectionist standpoint and are only just moving into the globalized sector, might view globalization as a threat and it is imperative that the countries that are already well established should not exploit them in this scenario (Sindzingre, 2007).
