This can be done by making available the best and relevant information, but at the same time, keeping away or getting rid of all unwanted and poor information may cause confusion and doubts in the employees mind (Conrad, 2000).
The other major resources include customer data, market information, market trends, the tour guides requirements, all equipment of safety to be used during the adventure tours, and having all customers signed the copies of following the teachings of the guide and being responsible while at the tour.
