The importance of communication, transparency, accountability should be giving more preference by the management (Olusola Babatunde, Opawole and Emmanuel Akinsiku, 2012).
For the research analysis, there should be use of primary and secondary research data from the participants who are involved in the process. Uncertainty clause is one critical success factor that is found to vary based on each case study. There are some important critical factors such as trust and communication that are common. Hence, questionnaire survey method for individual case study is deemed to be the right method of addressing the issues.
