Empirical questionnaire survey was conducted for the participants from Hong Kong, UK and Australia. It was found that across the geographical locations certain variables continued to be a common success factors. For the research analysis, there should be use of primary and secondary research data from the participants who are involved in the process. Hence, questionnaire survey method for individual case study is deemed to be the right method of addressing the issues.
The relevant stakeholders involved in an individual PPP project should be interviewed and there should be use of secondary literature to develop a robust action plan for effective functioning of the PPP.
The research question that arises is how to develop the right action plan which meets the requirements of all the stakeholders involved in PPP and the methods that can be used to foster productivity.
