The movie ‘Castaway’ is the story of a Fedex employee named Chuck Noland who gets stranded on an island all alone and manages to survive and plan a return to his homeland. It is story which shows that after surviving a plane crash, Chuck finds himself on an uninhabited island with all his fellow crew members dead. He has no modern gadgets or tool etc. to survive on the island. He tries to utilize all the resources available on the island and learns to make fire, hunt and survive like the very early people. After several attempts of trying to leave the island he finally succeeds after four long years and is spotted by a ship and is rescued.
