Cheng Gong Credit Corporation needs to take their mortgage brokers training a step ahead and implement various strategies to make sure that there is complete customer satisfaction attained. In turn, this will help in ensuring mortgage service quality and more commitment of the clients (Bachelor, 2014). Typically, mortgage brokers have access to offered loans by a number of mortgage bankers or lenders.
