Performance measurement is crucial when considering the evaluation of a project in terms of key milestones set. Certain information on performance is being used for monitoring progress in the achievement of six key objectives of the Environmental Management. Additional refinements and measures are being used for perceiving the requirements of measures. Customer surveys will be conducted for the purpose of measuring the scope at which objectives are accomplished. Some of these include the provision of easily retrievable and useful information, along with the incorporation of useful new tools of technology.
With respect to the overall project, there is limitation of ICT devices to Imaging Devices, Computing High Performance, Network Equipment, Data Centre, Servers and desktop computers. There has been an interchangeable use of ICT infrastructure and ICT devices throughout the plan for presenting these ICTs.The below matrix provides the outcomes and outputs of the respective project. The outputs can be identified as the measurable and indirect products related to the project. There is outlining of outputs within the vertical column. The outcomes can be identified as the final results and the impact of the particular project on the community of ANU and elsewhere.
The diagram of SIPOC was used for the purpose of identifying each and every significant element related to the project prior to the initiation of work related to the project. This was inclusive of a process with high level mapping for the purpose of mapping out each and every basic step.CTQ stands for Critical to Quality Matric that is the key attribute of this final product. This helps in providing information about the most measurable and important characteristics of the final products in strong link with the requirements of customer. The strong link provides an important indication via the matrix provided below.
