Good communication allows managers to take correct and speedy decisions. When managers get valuable business information on time from different sources, they can take decisions on time (Feigenbaum, 2017).
People’s attitude also depends upon their communication skills. When a manager is well informed through written records, he can have different attitudes among his team members and can control them efficiently (Hartley & Chatterton, 2015).
For a successful business, it is essential for the managers to be social and good communication skills helps immensely in being social.
Controlling is one of the management functions, which can be performed well if the manager has good communication skills. Manager can inform his employees about the business policies and can communicate their grievances to the management (Groysberg & Slind, 2012).
