By this, the company is able to pay the debts that are for the longer period of time and how much risk company can take to improve the financial position of the company. From the analysis, one finds that the debt to equity ratio of Collins food group increases from 86.59% to 125.78% in the stated period from 2012 to 2016. Whereas, the debt to equity ratio of Retail food group decreases from 74.57% to 61.58% and for Dominos Pizza limited increases from 49.79% to 185.32% in the given period from 2012 to 2016.
These show that the debt to equity ratio of Dominos Pizza limited is much better than its competitor companies named Retail food group and Collins food group because the company will be able to take more risk to pay all the debts as compared to both the companies.

This indicates how much profit is earned by the company in the given financial year and how will it affects the position in the near future. From the analysis, one finds that the price-earnings ratio of Collins food group increases from 928.57 to 1609.67 in the stated period from 2012 to 2016. Whereas, the price-earnings ratio of Retail food group increases from 919.23 to 1200 and for Dominos Pizza limited increases from 8538.46 to 11592.55 in the given period from 2012 to 2016.
These show that the price-earnings ratio of Dominos Pizza limited is much higher than its counterpart companies Retail food group and Collins food group because the company observed more profits in the given financial years (Morning Star, 2016). These show that the market value of Dominos Pizza limited is in much better position as compared to Collins food group and Retail food group.
