Dominos is by far the best pizza brand in the world. It has excelled in front of all its competitors and emerged as the largest pizza brand. But, there are some improvements which can further enhance the ordering process.

There are times when a store has an issue with its telephone and the customers can’t order their pizza and other items. If there is centralized toll free number where the order can be taken and processed to the nearby store, the customers can be benefitted.

2) Consistency and Quality of Product: There are few times when the pizza is not hot which creates an unpleasing experience for the customers. There should be consistency of the products used and the pizza which is delivered must be hot. Thus dominos need to improve on its product quality. In the recent times pizza hut has been giving the specification of the calorie intakes on the pizza. This clearly reflects the concern of the brands towards the customers. So dominos should initiate a similar concern.
