Competitive environment (Porter five forces):
The organizations and the institutes which are going to involve in this pt5ogram should evaluate itself through the model named as the porter five forces model. The components of these models are the following. It includes the Rivalry, supplier bargaining, customers bargaining power, substitute products and new entrants in the market: (McClelland, T. (2014)).
Capability analysis or SWOT analysis:
There should be a capability analysis in an organization before fixing a target toward which the organization is going to pursue. The capability analysis and the SWOT analysis by an organization helps in order to evaluate the available resources to an organization and what are the weak areas of an organization which needs to be improved by rectifying and eliminating the weaknesses if that organization want the feasibility of its goals and targets as the positive and achievable (sba.gov, s. (2015)).
Feasibility of the objectives:
There should be analysis of the targets that either these targets are achieve able or not. The options are available for our organization and best option will be selected from the available opportunities and options; it can be possible after having detailed analysis of available options. The targets and the objectives that are part of the marketing plan should not be based on the theoretical and hypothetical approaches. The assumptions that are used while projecting the target or the goal of a project should be based on the realistic and practical assumptions (McClelland, T. (2014)).
