从这次经验中学习:整个阶段是根据临床营养策略评估客户的需求。只有少数几个阶段可以有效地进行面谈和评估。整个经历非常棒,因为这是我第一次面试这么多细节的人。从准备到与客户的讨论,再到最终的答复,整个时间都是在大量的互动和学习中度过的。我确实觉得这个评估很切题,但是评估真的很大。这项评估不能匆忙完成,因为需要大量的耐心和理解。这个过程是有效的,但是如果这个过程有数字选项,客户端可以直接登录并获取预先填写的详细信息,那么效果会更好。在这种情况下,所花费的时间将大大减少,并且可以花更多的时间以更好的方式解释定制的报价。面试官Junizing在整个过程中做得很好,尽管Junizing发现很难解释一些对客户可能有效的好处和活动。
在向客户提问甚至讨论计划和活动时,Junizing非常有帮助,也非常愉快。在整个讨论过程中,客户对自己的知识、讲解过程以及对客户的回答都非常满意。观察者史蒂文也做得很好。史蒂文非常仔细地听取了与客户的所有讨论,并正确地记录下来,没有遗漏任何信息。有时候,Steven也会向客户解释他的疑惑。我个人认为,如果我需要评判他们,我会把9/10分给他们一起做的工作。根据评估表,客户提供的信息非常详细且切中要点。尽管花了一些时间,客户还是很高兴地回答了所有的问题。我建议虽然这个过程是数字化的,但是整个过程和体验都非常棒,令人满意。

Learning from this experience: The entire phase was to assess the client’s need in accordance to the clinical nutrition strategy. There were few phases so that the interview cum assessment can be done effectively. The overall experience was fantastic as this was my first time that I had interviewed someone in so many details. From the time of preparation to the discussion with client to the final response, the entire time was spent with lots of interaction and learning. I do feel that the assessment was really to the point but the assessment was really big. This assessment cannot be done in hurry as needs lots of patience and understanding.The process was efficient, but it could be better if this process had the digital options where the client can just login directly and pull the pre-filled details. In this case, the time taken would have been reduced a lot and more time could have spent in explaining the customized offers in better way. The interviewer Junizing did great job in the entire process though Junizing was finding difficult to explain some of the benefits and activities that could have been effective for the client.
Junizing was very helpful and cheerful while asking questions and even discussing the plans and activities to the client. During the entire course of discussion, the client was very happy with Junizing with his knowledge, process of explanation and putting to the point answers to the client. The observer Steven did a great job, too. Steven heard all discussions with clients very carefully and was noting down rightly without missing any information. Sometime, Steven also explained the doubts to the client. I would personally say that out of 10, if I need to judge them, I would allot 9/10 for the job they did together. The information provided by the client was quite in details and to the point as per the assessment form. The client was happily answering all questions even though it took some time. I would recommend though the process to be much digital, otherwise, the entire process and experience was great and satisfactory.
