This article is about, milking of cow with the use of robot at a time and reduces the burden and inefficiencies of manual labours or employees. No consideration for Japan’s decline economy or economic conditions as he quitted his job for his individual better living as an agriculturalist (Apsalone and Sumilo, 2015). Therefore, for many financial analysts, it is their responsibility to support whole country while making profit on individual basis. This act of Kalm Kakuyama can lead to protest against them, and its business operations and ultimate result of this is loss of customer loyalty and trust with decline in sales revenue (Galindo-Martínez et al., 2014). Demographic analysis of society where Kalm Kakuyama operates its business has fewer young people that can handle agriculture activities (Mancilla and Amoróos, 2015).
This has put limitation in the business operations. Kalm Kakuyama has created the image of market monopolist by covering huge share of market from its business operations (Singh et al., 2016). Many firms have made allegations on Kalm Kakuyama in terms of playing with price of cow milk in the market because of monopoly in the market. In this context, Kalm Kakuyama defended this by not playing with the price of cow milk (Heis, 2015). Socio cultural connect in case of Kalm Kakuyama has played most vital role since where Kalm Kakuyama operates business has surrounded by younger population. As agricultural minister in the article suggested, for enhancing productivity of agricultural sector, more investment is required to be made on technology equipments. Government also supported this act by providing subsidiaries on robots used for milking the cow. In this case, key concept is to use technological development (André, 2013).
