The supply chain process in the company has been developed through a systematic method. The whole report is further divided into 4 main sectors in relation to supply chain concept and management of supply chain. The first step will be to explore the current supply chain assessment of the company followed through crucial elements based identification and performance improvement nodes (Khalfan 2007). Such an improvement will be developed with regard to present practices identified issues along with current supply chain structure over organization performance. Recommendations will further be developed for the supply chain process and management along with identifying the procedures of control and systems of monitoring.
The organization of MP constructions present progress is project visualizes the use of a traditional method. An example can be quoted here of most of the projects through tendering competitively. Traditional techniques of on-site construction has been used and employed by suppliers and sub-contractors to employ based on projects (Eriksson 2010).
