There is an implicit observation in the world that a biological male who is hegemonic, white, heterosexual person with ambitious ideology of expansion is the definition of entrepreneurship. The gendered dynamics have changed in the current times.
However it is still expected that the women in the societies have to take care of their house and their work at home. There is an expectation that the women in the societies cannot offer the same kind of guarantees as that of the women (Bruni, Gherardi & Poggio, 2004).
