the most important and the biggest challenge faced by the organization during the change process is about the lack of consensus among the stakeholder group in the organization. This challenge is faced by the organization for their employees and this is present in every individual of the organization. The challenges faced by the organization are as follows:
.Extent of planning: the main challenge faced by the organization is in the face of planning that is planned by the experts and these experts have pressure on them so they can permit and encourage the change (Pettigrew, et.al. 2001).
.Target of the change: the level of change in the organization vary with the degree of basic learning, customer services, techniques, leaders and top management change in the organization. The main challenge of the organization is about the analysis of the target of the change. If the target or aim of the organizational change is not clearly decided by the organization then the change can draw negative impacts on the organization (Pettigrew, et. al. 1996).
.Structure of the organization: the policies, procedures and structure of the organization need to be changed for the benefit of the organization. The major challenge faced by the organization is about the selection of the correct structure for the organization. Example: when the organization has to work for creativity and communication channels of the organization need to be closely attached with the employees of the organization than the organization should implement the flat organizational structure organization (Pettigrew, et. al. 1996).
.Self interests of the employees: sometimes the employees of the organization are concerned about their jobs and productivity levels. Many employees have self interests and different perceptions that are viewed by the organization. For example, when the organization decides to implement the technological changes in the organization through which man power will be reduced than the organization faces many problems from the employee side. The major insecurity present among the employee is about their job losses and they believe that this change can take their position as the company is adopting a technological change in the organization. Sometime the employees of the organization are only concerned about their personal benefits. In implementation of changes which are associated with increasing the customer service than conflicts can arise among the employees of the organization (Vera & Crossan, 2004).
