The companies in the current times want to create dynamics where the judgements are appropriate. It is evident that the companies want to create a systematic process where they can assess a situation and develop appropriate solution. In this schema, the companies do not understand the innate schema that is required for the specific needs of the case. In this process, there are many several assumptions that are made to judge performance. It cannot be refuted that the general claims or theories need to be applied only as a formula. The companies need to have a more specific system to ensure that the people are made aware of the issues.
The companies need to comprehend about the feedback that they receive and make assumption of the different normative models to form a judgement. It is evident that the companies need a discrete–continuous perspective to make appropriate judgment. The questions are raised by the people must apply to the normative theories of choice and judgements. This implies that the companies need to have a basic communication that would lead the people to communicate their feedback to the processes. This feedback that is generated from the people depends on a number of innate factors. They need to be manoeuvred to meet the individual needs and requirements of the situation. The companies in the current times need to have a basic communication and ensure that the real feedback and sentiments are obtained from the people regarding the issues. Hence real time communication that is based on trust will enable the company to get feedback that would be important for the survival of the company. This was the main factors that were learnt from reading through the work.
From a personal standpoint, based on observation, this is a fundamental tenet that is required for an amiable work environment. There must be real communication between the people. This is usually formed after observing the other person. While working in a real-time environment, it was observed that many of the people discussed about the issues of the company after the manager or supervisor leaves. They do not openly engage in conversation for fear of being reprimanded or they fear the repercussion of stating their views. This leads the companies to ultimately lose insights form the employees. During the end of the year appraisal, the people generally state some viewpoints that they feel would make their supervisors satisfied. These lead the companies to create a situation where the views of the employees are stifled. If some of the concerns of the people were heard at the beginning of the project, there could have been reduced stresses for all the stakeholders and the company would have met their final deliverable. This would have created a situation where all the stakeholders of the company would have been benefitted.
