the most important and the biggest challenge faced by the organization during the change process is about the lack of consensus among the stakeholder group in the organization. This challenge is faced by the organization for their employees and this is present in every individual of the organization. The challenges faced by the organization are as follows:

4.Self interests of the employees: sometimes the employees of the organization are concerned about their jobs and productivity levels. The major insecurity present among the employee is about their job losses and they believe that this change can take their position as the company is adopting a technological change in the organization.
