The High Line Park is created on the neglected southern segment of the West area Line going towards the Lower West region of Manhattan. It goes from Gansevoort Street – three blocks underneath 14th boulevard – within the Meatpacking region, all the way through Chelsea, towards the northern border of the West region enclosure on 34th boulevard near the Javits Convention Centre. A non-started drive expands beyond 30th avenue to Tenth Boulevard.
