On completion of the project, our team would like to create a portfolio based on the photoshoot. The final look and design would be completed in the collaboration portfolio. Newer insights on the menswear, design development, knitting design development, and spreadsheet programs will be evident in the production, line up and the fashion illustration. There will be a complete portfolio of all these aspects in the collaboration. I should be able to work through my vulnerability, identify the gaps in our work and present a portfolio that is impressive and also commercially viable in the later stage. For the latter part of the term, I would prefer to submit 3 types of garments and complete portfolio and a brochure of the menswear collection. In addendum to this, the industrial portfolio would include previous successful projects such as the floral project in LCF which was done during the second year. There would also be submission of the statement of intent, PPD and industry toolkit. The industry toolkit would encompass the resume, cover letter and the artists statement.

During this academic tenure of three years London college of fashion, a number of important aspects required for real life have been learnt. This college has helped me hone my innate skills and gain in so many other ways. Apart from technically skills, I have gained the confidence and understood the fashion world to a certain extent. From a technical standpoint, I have learnt crucial knowledge of textiles. This encompasses learning of the art of print, knit and embroidery skills. Especially in the area of knitting, I learnt to make the domestic machine from dubied machine. Learning and gaining adequate skills is difficult and due to the college I am not proficient in handling the machines. I can now use different variation, newer techniques and efficiently handle the challenges of the yarn. Yarn needs extra care. The variables of tension, techniques and the dexterity skills of the primary designer are important in creation of skillful designs. This challenge had led me to be very interested in the yarn techniques.
