The package cost which has been offered by the Global adventures includes different inclusions in their plans such as the cost of the airlines, the money which is incurred for making different types of accommodation packages which may be required at different places, the cost for the different kind of activities which will be intervened in the plan. These things are used for the purpose of creation of the package and is said to be used by the company in the tours. These things are generally combined in case of a package and are given to the customers on request. The three founding members of the company made a decision to add further value to the business. In order to do the same, the company created a board. The members of the board were experienced and skilled and were having a good experience in the field as well. But there was a weakness in this board. One of the board members was a very senior member of the board and had worked as an accountant. He didn’t have any kind of experience in the travel industry. Another member of the board has an experience as senior manager in an IT firm. A yet another member is a semi-retired manager who is a highly experienced manager in the capital and finance industry and another person is a corporate lawyer.
The final external director has a senior governance experience but doesn’t have any experience in the travel industry. Most of the decisions are taken by eight three board members. The business structure of the company is such that it is engaged in the number of operational staffs which are working below the tier 3 levels of planning and human resources. The company has a large number of customers in the past 12 years. It has a database of around 2000 past clients. Around 15 % of these clients are the one who repeat and travel every year. These clients include both men and women. Around 64 % of the clients are males who aged in 25 to 65 and the remaining were females with an average age of 35 years.The average income which was earned by the male was around $78000 per annum and the same by females was $ 61000 per annum.
