They should also take care of other security measures like – road closures/ bulletproofing of the podium or stage/ bulletproofing of the prime minister’s vehicle/ taking adequate fire precautions/ proper lightning/ making sure that the public address system is in place, etc.
Facilities and Utilities – Other arrangements like availability of well-qualified doctors to address needs of the prime minister or even the general public in case of an emergency, availability of healthy and hygienic food/ beverages, etc must be taken care of by the event management to ensure good health of everybody involved in the event.
