我使用了4c的model process来开发分类过程。根据Chris sessum开发的四个C模型，博客被认为是PLE的一个关键起点。文章、工具数据和更多信息都是从收集点收集的(Educause Learning Initiative, 2009)。收集点也是研究的范畴，因为我需要做一些研究来收集数据。第二类是沟通。我对沟通有不同的理解。交流在我与朋友的交往中起着重要的作用，在我与大学同学、导师等的交往中也起着至关重要的作用。在这方面，我把社会化作为一个单独的类别列入其中。我相信我也学会了与同龄人交往。我已经更新了类别中使用的工具。我以前只包含了像Brock E-Mail和Face book这样的工具。创意是一个范畴。这就是研究理念汇集的地方。
它们可能以博客的形式发布，也可能以研究文章的形式通过协作等方式呈现。我将协作作为一个单独的类别介绍。合作是有目的的，目标在望。因此它有一个定义很明确的单函数。大多数用于社交和交流的工具，如Prezi和Voice threads，也将包括在这里。我选择了特定的工具，因为我觉得它会适合我的阅读风格。我之前的搜索类别只有谷歌scholar，百度和Brock library resources。这些资源肯定会帮助我查找学术信息。然而，有时信息也可以在博客中找到。我的理由是，像我这样的学生或教授会在博客上发布最新的研究或研究进展。虽然这些并不能直接应用到我的教育中，但是我可以把这些想法作为一个起点，并从中寻找信息。

I made use of the four C’s models process in order to develop the categorization process. According to the four C’s models that were developed by Chris Sessums, the blog is considered as a key starting point in the PLE. Articles, tools data and more are gathered from the collecting point (Educause Learning Initiative, 2009). The collecting point is also the category of research as I would have to do some researches to collect the data. The second category is the communication. I understand communication in different ways. Communication plays an important part in how I socialize with my friends and it also plays a vital role in how I interact with my peers from the University, with my instructor and more. In this context I have included the socialization as a separate category. I believe that I also learn socialization with my peers. I have updated the tools being used in the category. I previously included only tools like Brock E-Mail and Face book.Creation of ideas is a category. This is where research ideas are brought together.
They might be published as a blog or they would be presented by means of collaboration as a research article etc. I have presented collaboration as a separate category. Collaboration comes with a purpose, an end in sight. Hence it has a much defined PLE function. Most tools used for socializing and communication, such as that of Prezi and Voice threads will also be included here.I have made specific tool selections as I feel it would suit my reading style. My search categories previously only included Google scholar, Baidu and Brock library resources. These resources would definitely help me to look up academic information. However, sometimes information can also be found in blogs. My reasoning here is that a student like me or a professor would have posted state of the art researches or research developments in blogs. While these cannot be used directly in my education, I can use these ideas as a starting point and look for information on the same.
